The complete at-home journey

Build a marriage you can practice, not just admire.

Built Together at Home is an eight-week online program for couples who want Scripture, relationship skills, honest conversation, and small repeatable habits in one private journey.

How it works

Learn · practice · pray · repeat

Each week includes two short lessons, one private conversation, one home habit, and one prayer. Use the material in one sitting or divide it across the week.

  • 60–90 minutes weekly
  • Private between spouses
  • Printable, phone-friendly exercises
  • No forced disclosure or public sharing

A private rhythm

Learn, practice, pray, repeat.

The at-home journey turns a good intention into a small practice you can return to each week.

A safety-first invitation

Growth is never more important than safety.

This is marriage education and spiritual formation—not therapy, emergency care, or a promise to save every marriage. If either spouse is afraid, controlled, threatened, or unable to speak freely, pause joint exercises and use the safety pathway.

01

Prepare

Choose a calm time, silence notifications, and agree that either person may pause.

02

Practice privately

Talk together without group confession, public posting, or pressure to disclose more than is safe.

03

Return gently

Use small habits, repair after rupture, and seek qualified help when the material is not enough.

Eight weeks · sixteen lessons

A guided path from drift to shared direction.

Open a week to see the teaching focus, private activity, daily habit, discussion questions, and Scripture anchor.

Week 1

Our story, covenant, and starting point

Honor the story you share, name the season you are in, and begin with a covenant-shaped vision rather than a performance test.

Week 2

Friendship and emotional connection

Closeness is built through curiosity, attention, admiration, and the small moments when spouses turn toward each other.

Week 3

Understanding the cycle

Move from “you are the problem” toward a shared map of the cycle that takes over when both people are protecting something important.

Week 4

Conflict skills that work at home

Learn a gentler beginning and a safer pause so difficult conversations can become more honest without becoming more harmful.

Week 5

Listening, repair, and forgiveness

Practice being heard, making accountable repairs, and distinguishing forgiveness from erased consequences or instant restored trust.

Week 6

One flesh: intimacy, affection, and trust

Treat intimacy as a place of safety, consent, tenderness, and mutual delight—not performance, entitlement, or pressure.

Week 7

Household, money, and family boundaries

Turn the shared life into a more visible partnership by naming responsibilities, decisions, money rhythms, and family boundaries.

Week 8

Mission, legacy, and continuation

Name what your marriage is for, then build a 90-day rule of life that helps you return after ordinary setbacks.
